A fantastic opportunity has arisen for this national property company with offices based in East Leeds. Joining a busy and supportive team, the successful candidate will be joining the team as a Customer Care Coordinator where you will deal with all customer queries relating to their new build property. Managing queries via telephone and email, this fully office-based role will be a TTP opportunity. The successful candidate will have a background in customer care and the property/ new build sector and be able to liaise with customers, trades people and site contacts. Key duties and responsibilities will include;
Action all incoming calls to the customer care team
Deal with all queries/ issues relating to customers property
Maintain the CRM, logging all customer issues to ensure stock, jobs can be managed effectively
Ad hoc administration support
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join this busy team on a TTP basis, the successful candidate will have the following;
2 years minimum experience within a fast-paced customer coordination-based role
GCSE Maths and English- grade 4 and above
Proficient in all MS Office packages
Excellent communication skills
Able to juggle and prioritise tasks
Experience working in the construction or house-building sector would be desirable
