Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Wells Engineer to join the ConneXus team, where you will play a key role in coordinating engineering and operational solutions across the businesses. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with both delivery and enabling teams, gaining a global perspective of our operations and contributing to continuous improvement across the Wells organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide engineering and operational solutions to support business needs across the Wells organisation.
* Coordinate efforts to deliver fully developed, integrated well solutions in collaboration with discipline specialists.
* Document, validate, and embed lessons learned into future designs, systems, and operational practices.
* Develop clear knowledge summaries based on events, lessons learned, and best practices to support a single source of truth.
* Participate in peer reviews and peer assists as a contributing member of the review team.
* Support businesses by leading or participating in NPT (Non-Productive Time) investigations and driving actionable outcomes.
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
Experience & Job Requirements
* Experience in Drilling, Completion, or Intervention Engineering.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and functions.
* High motivation with the ability to set goals, drive progress, and deliver results collaboratively.
* Strong problem-solving capability, with the ability to identify, prioritise, and resolve issues through focused effort and effective networking.
* Ability to manage performance across projects and support timely, high-quality solutions.
