Join our #OneBlueFamily as a Recruitment Consultant at our Blackpool branch, managing a desk supplying temporary catering and hospitality staff.
We support hybrid and remote working, providing flexibility to work from home part of the week, and prioritize wellbeing with dedicated support services.
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying client leads and making outbound sales calls
* Developing client relationships and new business
* Meeting sales targets
* Traveling to client meetings (driver's license and access to a car required)
* Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings
* Negotiating and providing solutions
* Managing service compliance, payroll, and administration
