L&D Coordinator 12 Month Contract £200 – £300 per day (Umbrella) | Central London (Moorgate) | Hybrid Working (1–2 days in office) Are you an experienced Learning and Development professional looking for your next contract opportunity? We’re working with a respected organisation in the transport and infrastructure sector to find a skilled L&D Coordinator to support and deliver their learning agenda across the business. This is an immediate contract role, offered on a day rate basis (umbrella), with hybrid working available and 1–2 days per week required onsite in Central London (Moorgate). Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the delivery of learning programmes, from logistics through to evaluation Partner with stakeholders to assess and support ongoing development needs across the business Act as LMS super user and lead on the rollout of a new Learning Experience Platform and Career Development module Collaborate with external suppliers and training providers Support early careers initiatives, including graduate schemes and student placements Contribute to wider HR projects such as EDI initiatives, onboarding and performance management processesAbout You: Proven experience in a learning and development role, with hands-on coordination responsibilities Confident user of Learning Management Systems (LMS) Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail Skilled at building relationships and partnering with stakeholders across all levels Comfortable working with data to provide insights and measure learning impact A CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is advantageous but not essential
