We are currently recruiting for an Liability Injury Claims Handler to join our established and experiencedClaims Expenses team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.


Your role

As a Liability Injury Claims Handler, you will be responsible for appropriately and promptly investigatingand advancing liability injury claims to closure, achieving the business objectives and meet the definedcustomer service proposition.

You will ensure that customers, brokers, third parties and claimants are supported throughout theclaims journey by utilising agreed upon claims processes, case laws, and defined strategies.

Your role will impart technical knowledge to resolve queries, reaching and conveying decisions whilstimparting that knowledge to others.


About you

Ideally, you will have experience in working with Employer Liability and Public Liability, from either aninsurance or legal background. However, if you have experience in complex claims or liability disputesthis is also advantageous.

You will be an excellent communicator, effectively building relationships with internal and externalstakeholders. You will be experienced in prioritising your workload whilst dealing with multiple priorities.
