Responsibilities:
* Handle high volumes of inbound calls/emails politely and efficiently
* Provide accurate info on products, orders, and deliveries
* Investigate and resolve customer queries promptly
* Log interactions accurately in internal systems
* Collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction
* Meet service targets and quality standards
Requirements:
* Customer service or call centre experience (preferred but not essential)
* Passion for delivering excellent service
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask
* Positive attitude and team spirit
Important notes:
* Availability for 1 full week of training
* No holidays during first 2-3 weeks of onboarding
* Ongoing temporary role with potential to go permanent based on performance and business needs
