My client, an established organisation experiencing sustained growth is amercially astute and driven individual with a proven track record in a Credit Supervisor or Credit Manager role to join their finance team.
Your new role
Working as part of an established and growing finance department in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for leading the credit control function, including managing and supporting two team members. As Supervisor, you will ensure the timely collection of receivables, reduction of overdue debt and effective cash-flow management. This is a hands-on role,bining team leadership and hands-on day-to-day credit control and customer interaction.
1. Lead and manage the Group credit control team
2. Ledger management and chasing outstanding money
3. Query resolution investigation and resolution
4. Customer database maintenance
5. Cash allocation
6. Managing credit insurance relationships and policy renewal
7. Customer credit limit review
8. Manage credit risk accounts and rmend actions
9. Monthly reconciliations and reporting requirements
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a credit supervisory or manager role. Experience managing a high-value ledger, ideally within a group or shared service setting would be highly beneficial. A keen eye for detail and strong analytical and reporting skills will be key.
What you'll get in return
10. Salary circa £40000 - £45000 dependent on experience
11. Starting holiday allowance of 25 days + 8 bank holidays with the option to buy additional days
12. Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)
