The successful candidate will play a key role in driving school improvement, supporting staff development, and ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Headteacher in the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school
* Lead on key whole-school priorities (e.g. teaching & learning, behaviour, curriculum, or pastoral - depending on experience)
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning across the school
* Use data effectively to drive improvement and raise attainment
* Line manage staff and contribute to their professional development
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-expectations school culture
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven track record of outstanding teaching and leadership
* Experience in middle or senior leadership within a school setting
* Strong understanding of school improvement strategies
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to achieving the best outcomes for all students
