Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Team Manager / Advanced Practitioner to join the MASH Team for Bedford Borough Council. Duties and Responsibilities: * Providing daily management oversight of incoming safeguarding contacts and referrals. * Supporting Social Workers with threshold decisions and ensuring that all cases are triaged promptly. * Leading on risk assessment processes and coordinating information gathering with partner agencies. * Ensuring high-quality decision-making that aligns with statutory guidance and local safeguarding procedures. * Monitoring workflow, identifying risks, and ensuring timely progression of cases. * Offering reflective supervision, coaching, and professional support to practitioners. * Contributing to service development, quality assurance activities, and audits.
