About The Role As a Senior Electrician, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality electrical and renewable energy solutions. From installations to diagnostics, you’ll lead by example, mentor junior team members, and ensure that every project meets our high standards for safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead Installations : Carry out and oversee electrical, renewable energy, and smart home installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Mentor Team Members : Provide guidance and training to apprentices and junior electricians, fostering their professional growth. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively to minimise downtime. Client Interaction : Represent the company professionally, maintaining strong relationships with clients. Compliance : Ensure all work adheres to health and safety regulations and electrical standards. Continuous Improvement : Stay up to date with the latest advancements in electrical and renewable technologies to bring innovative solutions to our projects. What We Are Looking For Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance, with leadership experience preferred. Qualifications : NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation. 18th Edition and ECS card are required. Skills : Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge : Familiarity with renewable energy systems (e.g., solar PV, EV chargers) and smart home technology is a plus. Driving License : Full UK driving license required.
