About The Role:
Shift pattern:Varied shift rota, must be flexible to the business needs
We’re recruiting for a Cleaning Manager to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team.
You’ll oversee all cleaning and associated duties carried out by all those that you are responsible supervising. Making critical decisions and delegating on your own will be a large part ofbeing successful in this role, as well as forming strong working relationships with key stakeholders and meeting expectations for your region.
Key responsibilities:
* The implementation and delivery of the client’s cleaning specifications and its services in your location.
* Take ownership for financial overtime and stock control ensuring robust practices are in place for the management and reporting of these of processes.
* Ensure all training requirements are in place and that staff are suitably trained to undertake their role and fulfil their responsibilities whilst being a mentor for development.
* You will lead in the Supervision of the client’s contract, ensuring services meet the requirements of interface with the clients, service providers and stakeholders, to ensure the expectations are being met and any additional services can be supported.
* Be proactive in your management approach and have you finger on the pulse of all aspects of the business within your region.
