Summary/Objective The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, meeting sales and profitability targets, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams to exceed customer expectations. The Key Account Manager will lead business reviews, manage reporting requirements, align sales forecasts with operational processes, and contribute to product development and marketing strategies. Key account management for bottler(s) groups and QSR chain(s)
# Develop a sales budget, commercial strategy, and action plan
# Ensure sales and profit targets are achieved
# Prepare business and product presentations to support sales proposals (RFP’s)
# Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual Business Reviews with Key account(s)
# Coordinate Sales Forecast and align with S&OP process
# Customer Service, Quality (meeting product specifications and service levels as agreed), Supply Continuity, Innovation & Growth, Shared Values, and Corporate Social Responsibility
Knowledge of and experience in the Beverage and/or Foodservice industry.
# Understand financial elements of business.
# Customer driven and good customer service ethic.
# Good people management skills and ability to work cross functional
# Strong sales and marketing experience combined with key account customer management.
# High degree of flexibility required including travel
# Ability to compile compelling sales propositions and communicate effectively to the customer.
# Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
5 years of experience in key account management or business development roles required; Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth with major clients required
