Key Responsibilities: Be part of a team taking projects from planning through to on-site delivery Attend Design Team meetings and Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients Assist in the preparation of planning permission packages, presentations, tender packages including technical drawings and specifications Attend site meetings and assist in the project delivery Person Specification: Degree in Architectural or equivalent A minimum of 2 years’ post-graduation experience. Excellent design and presentation skills. An understanding of Irish planning procedures, BCAR and building regulations. Solid working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office Confident verbal and written communication skills Excellent team working skills and a positive, pro-active attitude Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
