We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our SaaS sales function. This is a hands‑on, player‑coach role within a small, focused sales team, making it realistic to balance both leadership responsibilities and an individual quota.

You’ll be responsible for driving new business across Mid‑Market and Enterprise prospects, while also coaching and developing the team to hit collective revenue goals. The successful candidate will carry their own quota, manage pipeline performance, and play a key role in shaping our sales strategy as we scale.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to improve conversion, retention, and overall customer experience, ensuring our go‑to‑market engine runs smoothly end‑to‑end.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve an individual sales quota through active prospecting, customer engagement, and deal execution
2. Lead the sales team to deliver consistent performance against revenue and activity targets
3. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support accurate forecasting
4. Provide hands on sales leadership, coaching, and mentoring
5. Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategy and go to market initiatives
6. Act as a senior commercial representative in customer interactions and negotiations
7. CRM systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking
8. Sales engagement platforms and communication tools for prospecting and customer contact
9. Reporting and analytics tools to monitor performance and conversion metrics
10. Collaboration tools used across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
11. Presentation and demo tools for customer-facing engagements
12. Strong understanding of SaaS and subscription-based sales models
13. Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to close
14. Knowledge of sales methodologies and structured qualification frameworks
15. Experience forecasting revenue and managing pipeline performance
16. Commercial acumen with strong negotiation and deal management skills
17. Familiarity with recurring revenue, renewals, and expansion selling
18. Carry and consistently work towards achieving an individual sales target
19. Actively engage customers through discovery calls, demos, and meetings
20. Lead, manage, and develop a team of sales professionals
21. Set sales targets, KPIs, and expectations aligned with company objectives
22. Ensure disciplined use of sales processes and CRM systems
23. Support onboarding and ramp up of new sales team members
24. Deliver a consultative, value-led sales approach focused on customer needs
25. Ensure clear, professional communication throughout the sales cycle
26. Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and onboarding
27. Support customer retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities
28. Act as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact where required
29. Achievement of personal and team revenue targets
30. Consistent pipeline generation and forecast accuracy
31. Improved sales effectiveness through structured coaching and development
32. Increased conversion rates and reduced sales cycle time
33. Strong collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success resulting in improved customer outcomes
34. Lead by example as an active seller and visible team leader
35. Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative sales culture
36. Provide regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance feedback
37. Encourage continuous learning and skills development within the team
38. Work cross functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

39. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in a SaaS / software subscription environment, Preferably in ERP solutions.
40. Demonstrated success carrying and exceeding an individual quota
41. Previous experience managing, coaching, or mentoring sales professionals
42. Strong prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills
43. Experience selling recurring revenue / subscription-based products
44. Data-driven mindset with strong CRM and forecasting discipline
45. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

46. Experience in a software rental or subscription-first business model
47. Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
48. Background in high-growth or scale-up environments
