Job Description: The role involves carrying out maintenance and reactive calls for intruder alarm systems, CCTV, and access control systems across South Wales.
Maintenance will be carried out across a variety of premises, including commercial, local authority, and domestic customers.
You will diagnose system faults, plan further actions, and ensure any updates are communicated clearly to both the operations manager and customers.
