A nursery in Earl’s Court is looking for a committed Nursery Nurse to join their team. This is a setting where staff actually support each other, the routines make sense, and you’ll have the space to do your job properly.
Your role
1. Build a warm, secure environment where children can play, learn and feel confident
2. Plan and deliver EYFS-focused activities that support real development — not box-ticking
3. Work closely with your room team to keep the day running smoothly
4. Communicate clearly with families and build genuine trust
5. Keep observations up to date so every child’s progress is understood and supported
What we need from you
6. Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
7. Solid understanding of EYFS and how to apply it in practice
8. Someone who’s hands-on, reliable, and comfortable taking initiative
9. Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
10. A practitioner who gets down to child level, joins in the play, and builds real connections
