Were hiring experienced Steelworkers / Fabricators for an expanding facility that plays a key role in the UKs green maritime transition. Whether you're a seasoned hand with MMA, MIG or TIG, or a solid plater looking to upskill, this role offers hands-on experience, generous overtime, and a real pathway for progression. What Youll Do Fabricate and assemble steel components to engineering drawings and specifications. Operate metalworking machinery including hydraulic presses, rollers, shears, grinders and drills. Ensure high-quality, precision work in a safety-first environment. Contribute to complex refit, repair, and energy transition projects for leading industry clients. What Youll Need Experience as a steelworker, fabricator, welder, or plater. Familiarity with welding techniques such as MMA, MIG, TIG (training available if required). Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to health & safety. Team spirit and effective communication skills.
