Summit is seeking an ambitious Legal Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our client in London. You will be working in a fast-paced, high-achievement environment focused on placing top-tier legal talent into elite law firms.
What you’ll do:
* Manage full-cycle recruitment assignments: from market mapping and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and placement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with law-firm partners, senior associates and high-calibre candidates.
* Work on strategic mandates including partner and team moves, office openings, cross-jurisdictional placements, and practice-area expansions.
* Deliver high-quality, consultative candidate-firm matching — balancing legal background, culture fit, and client expectations.
* Develop your network in the global legal market and build your personal brand as a trusted recruitment advisor.
🎯 You are
* Essential: A Law degree (LLB, GDL or equivalent) — you must have a legal academic background.
* Strong commercial awareness and ambition: you want to build a career in legal recruitment, not just sales or business development.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills — able to engage confidently with senior legal professionals and candidates.
* A high-energy, driven mindset, with resilience and professionalism in a competitive and high-pressure industry.
