I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in Essex, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team.
Job Description
As HR Advisor, your main responsibilities will include:
Strategically partner with People Leaders and HR Centres of Excellence.
Shaping the employee experience.
Driving key people priorities.
Delivering impactful HR projects.
Directly contribute to organisational success.
Experience Required:
Min 2yrs HR Advisor experience.
Ideally degree/ CIPD qualified.
Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and active listening skills.
A proactive, customer-centric, and solutions-focused approach.
