Senior Payroll Advisor position advertised by OA West End. Our client, a leading organization in the property industry, is seeking a dynamic Senior Payroll Advisor to join their team in London. This role oversees payroll operations across Europe and APAC.
Location: West End
Contract Type: Permanent
Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in the office
Salary: £43,000 - £45,000
Hours: 9am - 6.00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee timely payroll operations across Europe and APAC, ensuring alignment with the global payroll calendar.
* Maintain compliance with local regulations and escalate recurring issues during monthly reviews with third-party providers.
* Review and approve payroll input collation, resolving discrepancies with the HR Shared Services Payroll team.
* Act as the key liaison between the business, HR, and payroll providers, handling escalations and resolving payroll-related issues.
* Support internal and external payroll audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Lead and mentor junior payroll advisors, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process efficiencies and aligning practices with global standards.
* Manage benefits administration, ensuring timely handling of employee benefits.
* Take ownership of complex payroll escalations, providing senior-level resolutions as needed.
