Roles available:
For Early Career Teachers (ECTs): Kick start your career with confidence! We can review support for a portion of your induction period offering committed roles of 2-3 terms. You'll gain invaluable experience with full teaching responsibilities, supported by dedicated mentors and a network of experienced professionals.
Flexible Working & Short-Term Roles: Perfect for those seeking to enhance their CV, gain exposure to diverse school settings and year groups, or balance teaching with other commitments. Experience a variety of primary school environments, refine your adaptability, and broaden your professional network. These roles offer the freedom to choose when and where you work.
Committed Roles (2-3 terms): Immerse yourself in a school community with full teaching responsibilities. These longer-term opportunities allow you to make a significant impact on pupil progress and become an integral part of a supportive team.
Diverse Settings & Year Groups: From vibrant urban schools to nurturing rural environments, you'll have the chance to teach in a variety of settings and develop expertise across Year 1 and Year 2.

We Are Looking For:
Qualified Teachers with UK QTS (or equivalent).
Enthusiastic and creative practitioners with a genuine passion for Key Stage 1 education.
Teachers who are committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
