More about your role

You are providing the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and complaints relating to the customer and the property, it is imperative that the highest level of service is provided to both internal and external clients. Your role will involve managing and working with other internal teams to ensure that all new properties are uploaded on to the system and all information including diaries and document are accurately recorded.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and 9am - 5pm on Fridays. After an initial period of training (around 3 months) we are able to offer remote/ hybrid working. Please note this is a fixed term contract until June 2026.

More about you

Touchstone are looking for individuals with some form of customer service experience and someone who can multi task and deal with challenging situations. If you are experienced in property management this skill will allow you to succeed within the role. You will have great communication skills as you will be required to build and sustain good relationships with our appointed contractors to guarantee smooth processes. The ideal applicant will have basic to moderate Microsoft Office skills.

At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working environment so a basic DBS check is required.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Customer Service/ Admin experience,
2. Good IT skills,
3. Excellent communication skills,
4. Stakeholder engagement/ management,
5. The ability to multi task
