BASED: The role will be based in Newport Gwent
SALARY: Salary will be dependent on experience
EXPERIENCE: Must have a minimum of 1yr experience in a recruitment company, in a recruitment consultant position.
HOURS: Mon to Fri 08:30 – 17:30
TRAINING: Full in-house training and skills development on database systems provided.
HOLIDAYS: 20 + 8 statutory holidays per year, increasing on duration.

The key aim of this role (360) is to deliver a minimum standard of qualified sales bookings and to retain the best possible level of customer service, whilst maintaining and expanding the existing customer base, and by taking ownership of your client’s requirements. There is no restriction as to where or who you can approach.
Ideally, we are looking for previous experience in either Industrial or Commercial success with the ability to achieve and exceed expectations for the Client. This is not a role for a Trainee.
* Must have a min of 1yr recruitment experience
* Must have a 360 mind-set
* Able to prove a previous successful track record
* Capable of dealing with clients at all levels confidently
* Must be able to prove customer conversion
* Must be able to convert sales calls to bookings within 4 weeks of starting
Preferred Requirements
* Able to get to Newport by start time
* Capable of visiting Customers at planned times
* Confident in quotations and pricing
* Able to think ‘outside the box’
* Good telephone /sales manner
