Culligan's are Hiring: National Key Account Manager (Head of National Accounts) THE ROLE: This is an outstanding opportunity to spearhead, direct, and manage our client, Culligan's UK, high performing Key Account's division. In this role, you will be instrumental to the success of 6 different specialist vertical market's, through a team of Key Account Managers (Senior NAM's) who will report directly to you and work across the following specialism's:
4. Health Care
5. Professional Services & Offices
6. Public Sector & Education
7. Retail & Distribution
8. Travel & Leisure
Each of your managers will have full P&L responsibility, and a team of 2 National Account Executives who will be dotted line reports into you, and will be responsible for spearheading and directing their specialist division to both retain, nurture and grow existing accounts to ensure you are networking and fully maximizing on each opportunity, as well as identifying, prospecting and closing new business deals with national organisations. Your team will be dealing largely with senior level decision makers from Procurement/Facilities Managers, all the way up to C-Suite, so you will be on hand to provide support and guidance where needed, supporting the team to deepen relationships with key customers and support in winning new business within each designated market, ensuring that their presentation and proposition to potential new and existing client's fully demonstrates the full benefits of Culligan's full range of services which includes Bottled Water Coolers, Integrated Instant Chilled & Boiling Taps, Full Hospitality Systems, Drinking Water Fountains, Boilers and Bottle Filling Stations. In addition you will be expected to be building and implementing strategic plans to support the whole teams success in delivering upon ambitious 3 year plans.

THE PERSON:

9. Proven track record in senior level roles, managing teams of Senior NAM's/Controllers, within one or more of the aforementioned vertical markets, Health Care, Professional Services/Offices, Hospitality & Leisure, Retail & Distribution & Public Sector & Education
10. Demonstrable experience in building, implementing and guiding senior level teams to achieve wider business goals.
11. Currently managing people at Senior NAM/Controller level who are responsible for fully managing P&L, pricing strategy, financial modeling & contracts in line with business goals.
12. Comfortable reporting and presenting regularly internally to senior management.
13. Expertise in consultative/solution selling (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar).
THE PACKAGE:
14. £70-85,000 per annum basic salary, depending on experience + competitive OTE!
15. Fully expensed company car

18. 21 days holiday +Bank Holidays.
