Private Client Solicitor – Much Wenlock An established and progressive legal practice is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing Private Client department. This opportunity is ideally suited to a STEP-qualified practitioner or looking to take on high-quality work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The Role The Private Client Solicitor will manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload, with exposure to complex and often high-value matters. Key responsibilities may include: Advising on complex wills and succession planning Managing the administration of taxable and high-value estates Trust creation, administration and advisory work Handling Court of Protection and professional deputyship matters Providing inheritance tax and estate planning advice Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients with sensitive matters Building and maintaining long-term client relationships Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the Private Client department Developing a specialist area of expertise where preferred This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to work on technically challenging matters rather than high-volume transactional work. About You The firm is seeking a confident and technically strong Private Client Solicitor with excellent client care skills and the ability to handle complex matters with sensitivity and professionalism.
