We're delighted to be recruiting for a Homeowner Services Manager to join our exciting Specialist Residential Services team on a permanent basis.
This position can be based from either our Eastleigh or Bracknell office
Your main purpose will be to manage a specialised team and deliver brilliant, consistent, relevant, VFM services to Homeowners. Responding to customer enquiries and delivering a proactive Leasehold/Shared Owner management service and working with other teams to develop a great end to end customer experience.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
You’ll be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in both leasehold and shared ownership products, together with an understanding of the legislation effecting these customers (in particular the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 and Landlord and Tenant act).
You’ll have demonstrable knowledge and experience of applying Commonhold and Leasehold law relating to assignments, consents, enfranchisement, lease extensions, breach of covenants and service charges.
You’ll need to have the ability to deal with difficult, sensitive and challenging behaviour and situations in a calm and professional manner, whilst using your initiative to problem solve.
We are looking for someone with Leasehold Management Experience.
