We offer a realistic OTE of £27,500 – £30,000 for this full‑time, fixed‑term (12‑month) contract position. Salary is based on skills and experience.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Property Relationship Manager to join our Chandler's Ford office. The role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with a competitive OTE and opportunities for growth within the organisation.
Responsibilities3>
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of property management industry standards and expectations.
* Liaise with contractors, tenants and landlords to oversee property repairs and ensure properties are maintained to high standards.
* Work towards achieving property owners’ goals regarding maintenance and budgets while meticulously maintaining property records.
* Arrange and book property inspections as required.
* Build and maintain ongoing relationships with both landlords and tenants, serving as the main point of contact.
* Uphold rigorous property safety standards and legal requirements.

* Strong problem‑solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
* Customer‑service orientation with a confident demeanour.
* Ability to manage tight deadlines and difficult conversations effectively.
* Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritising urgent activities.
* Confidence in leading conversations and managing the expectations of all parties involved.
