Overview The Head and Neck department is looking for an enthusiastic candidate for the role of Admissions Coordinator to primarily support the daily running of ENT admissions.
The successful candidate will work to provide and manage an efficient and effective administration service.
Responsibilities Excellent communication and office management skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise daily workload autonomously or as part of a team
Enthusiastic, motivated and experienced in administration
Knowledge of RTT
Knowledge of 18 week pathway
Liaise with patients and clinicians to ensure the waiting list is accurate and theatre lists are booked to capacity

This role is situated within the Head and Neck department, the successful candidate will work primarily within ENT and will work closely with consultants, doctors and clinical staff to ensure the smooth running of services. The ENT department provides services across all of the Trust's sites – Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital, Royal Hampshire County Hospital, Andover War Memorial Hospital and Alton Hospital. Our unit in Winchester Hospital provides outpatient, day case and elective services to our patients.
