Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive Science curriculum for KS5 students. Coordinate with the Science department to ensure curriculum alignment and smooth implementation. Provide guidance and support to Science teachers on effective teaching practices. Lead and facilitate professional development sessions for Science staff. Monitor and evaluate student progress in Science, providing feedback and support as required. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all Science students. Proven experience in teaching Science at KS5 level. Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and examination requirements. Strong leadership and communication skills.
