About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom when the teacher is absent, ensuring learning continues throughout the school day.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supervising classes of approximately 25–30 secondary pupils
2. Delivering pre-planned lessons (no subject specialism required)
3. Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
4. Taking registers and following school policies
5. Providing feedback to teaching staff
This role offers flexible daily supply work alongside opportunities for longer fixed-term placements, making it ideal for those planning future study or a career change into education.
Cover Supervisor Programme

Requirements
To be considered, you will need:
