We have permanent roles available for skilled and experienced Repairs and Maintenance Multi Trades. These are full-time roles which will cover the West Midlands area for our Social Housing contract with Amplius Housing Group.

Fortem Solutions are a very successful Nationwide business specialising in the Social Housing sector for over 20 years. We provide Repairs & Maintenance, Planned, Retrofit, Capital Works and Decarbonisation workstreams within Local Authorities and Housing Associations and are part of the Willmott Dixon Group.
Fortem's successful contract with Amplius supports nearly 15,000 properties, This includes Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Complex Works and FRA workstreams with additional Planned Works and Preventative Maintenance as well. Our Trades include Carpenter Multi, Plumber Multi, Electricians, Plasterers, Groundworkers and will be responsible for providing seamless repairs and maintenance to our client's social housing properties.
