SUMMARY OF THE ROLE -
* Net New Business Specialist
* Experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider
* Experience selling IT Support / Infrastructure / Maintenance
* Base - 70,000k / Double OTE / Uncapped Commission
One of the UK's fastest growing consultancies with a growing services arm is currently looking to add an Net New Business Specialist who can also hustle and hunt - into their global sales team. Their services inc Infrastructure Cyber Security, IT Support, consultancy, and maintenance. You will need to come from a background in managed services with experience selling Infrastructure/maintenance services.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic account management professional to join their technical services team that provides pre and post-sales support for the delivery of their consulting services to a wide variety of clients. This is a business with highly skilled technicians, engineers with a good-sized customer base that prove their punching above their weight.
The role is a hybrid role until you've completed your onboarding, training, and settled in, and then will be 1-day per-month office-based role. You will report to the CEO providing a number of outbound sales activities and account management. This will include developing a network of clients and prospects within their target Accounts, Channel Partners & markets and working closely with clients to understand how their consulting solutions can help solve their requirements.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS -
* Excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to accurately capture client requirements.
* Account Management & New Business experience
* Experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider or Professional Services
* Experience selling Infrastructure / Maintenance
* Proven track record in a sales role for a client services company/management consultancy.
* Great communication skills & a good listener who cares about delivering great client service.
* Flexibility- travel may be required to our other Practice offices or client sites for some aspects of the role.
