Responsibilities: Support the development of actionable plans aligned with strategic goals. Undertake annual business planning and monthly forecasting. Spearhead the creation and management of monthly budgets. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, reporting on business status. Analyze financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Manage and support various business projects, ensuring financial oversight and strategic alignment. Deliver professional financial advice to aid decision-making at various levels of the organization. Create cost centers and participate in ERP mapping during organizational changes. Conduct weekly AR monitoring, report preparation, and manage unbilled lists. Perform total cost analyses and prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required. Skills & Experience: Proficiency with computing and technical tools, including advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (vlookup, sumifs, pivot tables). Proven communication skills complemented by a collaborative attitude. Experience with ERP systems is highly preferred. A background in international or multicultural organizations would be beneficial. Qualifications: Degree in Management, Business, or related field is preferable.
