The Role
You will take the lead in developing and delivering menus that reflect our ethos of fresh, seasonal, and local food. Alongside our busy restaurant service, you will also oversee catering for private functions and events. Day to day, you will be responsible for running a smooth kitchen operation, managing stock, upholding the highest standards of food quality and hygiene, and inspiring a small, dedicated team in a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
