AN OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE SUSANNE KAUFMANN TEAM Marketing Intern (one year fixed term contract starting January 2026) Close date for applications: 21 November 2025 Reports to: Marketing Director / Head of Brand Location: London (predominately office based, central London) This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing activities, from campaign planning to asset coordination. You’ll work closely with the brand, creative, and digital teams to support the smooth execution of campaigns, while also helping shape the voice of the brand for a younger, digitally savvy audience. As a Marketing Intern, youll play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing tasks, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, budgets stay on track, and the brand’s message reaches the right audience across multiple channels. Campaign Support: Assist in campaign planning, including building out timelines and keeping key stakeholders informed. Organise campaign assets, including images, copy, links, and pack materials, ensuring everything is neatly packaged and easily accessible. Manage campaign calendars, ensuring all key dates and deadlines are clearly communicated to the team. Briefing artwork tasks to the design team and manage workflow Support the Social Media Manager in the creation of content and posting schedules. Budget and Operations: Raise POs and keep the budget tracker updated, ensuring accurate tracking of spend against budgets. Place and track product orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams as needed. Research and Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis, including pricing ladders, NPD (new product development) tracking, store visits and market insights. Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights to inform future strategies. PR and Outreach: Assist with PR requests, influencer and content creator outreach on social, and media coordination to boost brand visibility. Build and maintain a PR tracking structure, ensuring all activity is logged and progress is clearly reported. Ad Hoc Support: Support event planning and execution, including logistics, on-site coordination, and follow-up tasks. Support in building planograms and merchandising proposals Take meeting notes and distribute action points, helping keep the team on track. Be the voice of a younger consumer, providing fresh perspectives on trends and emerging market behaviours. Requirements University educated Proactive, organised, and detail oriented A positive attitude and collaborative team spirit Confident user of excel, powerpoint etc Fluent in English (German or French would be a bonus) Required for 3 days p/w in our Central London office
