CNC Milling Setter / Operator We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Milling Setter/Operator to join our high-precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing components according to strict production plans, while ensuring that every part meets exact drawing specifications and the highest quality standards. This role is perfect for a technical specialist who takes pride in "first-off" accuracy and optimal machine performance. Key Responsibilities * Set, Program & Operate: Manage CNC Milling machines hands-on. This includes Doosan, Brothers, and Matzuura 5-axis centres. * Technical Execution: Change and set tools, adjust offsets, and fine-tune programs. These actions ensure peak performance across all batch sizes. * Quality Assurance: Inspect first-off and in-process parts using precision measuring tools. This process guarantees accuracy against technical drawings and strict tolerances. * Workflow Management: Follow route cards carefully. You will also maintain precise quality documentation and records. * Departmental Support: Collaborate with the Milling Team Leader.
