Teaching Assistants – Full Time & Part Time Location: Bournemouth - January 2026 We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of our partner Primary Schools in Bournemouth. We support a wide range of mainstream settings and are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can make a positive impact in the classroom. About the Role: Opportunities for both full-time and part-time placements Supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2, either 1:1 or within small groups Assisting class teachers with daily activities, lesson preparation, and classroom management Helping to create an inclusive, engaging learning environment Working within supportive school teams who value collaboration and pupil wellbeing What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working with children is essential, ideally within a school or educational setting A patient, proactive, and caring approach Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development If you have solid experience working with children and are looking for your next opportunity within Bournemouth, we would love to hear from you.
