Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including updating the CitySprint Master Spreadsheet and processing export documentation. Communication: Interact confidently with various teams, addressing inquiries and providing assistance. Task Management: Monitor work queues, assign tasks, and prioritise effectively. Multi-Tasking: Handle various ad-hoc despatches and collections, including packing lists and shipping labels.
