Purchasing Assistant
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Circa £25,000 DOE

The Role:
* Raise and process purchase orders and manage supplier communications
* Monitor delivery schedules and resolve supply or quality issues
* Maintain accurate procurement records and update ERP systems
* Liaise across departments to ensure materials and services are delivered on time
* Answer calls, manage documentation, and support team admin tasks
* Contribute to stock control and process improvement activities
The Person:
* Strong communicator with a proactive attitude
* Experience in purchasing, supply chain or administration
* Confident using Microsoft Office and ideally ERP systems
* Detail-focused with good organisational skills
* Eager to learn and work in a team-focused environment
