Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: up to £45,000 (Depending on experience)
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (40 hours per week)

Are you a qualified Electrical Engineer looking for a fresh challenge within a brand-new division? We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team on a major contract.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out PPMs and reactive works in accordance with the 18th Edition and current safety standards.
Assisting with basic HVAC, F-Gas/mechanical tasks, and general building fabric maintenance.
Issuing Permits to Work, managing on-site contractors, and ensuring full adherence to H&S and COSHH regulations.
Acting as a professional face for the business, managing the helpdesk tasks within set timeframes to exceed customer expectations.
Participating in a call-out rota to provide emergency response.Requirements:
Qualified Electrician: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds equivalent, 18th Edition, and AM2.
F-Gas Qualification: Ideally, you will hold Category 1 F-Gas (or have significant AC/HVAC experience).
FM Experience: Proven background in Facilities Management.
Driver's License: A full UK driving license is essential.
