Role: Team Assistant with Junior Office Management Industry: Executive Search Firm Location: Central London Working Pattern: 4 days a week, office-based Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE) A dynamic and well-regarded executive search firm based in the heart of Central London is seeking an organised and proactive Team Assistant with Junior Office Management responsibilities to join their collaborative and high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office while providing day-to-day support to the wider team. What you’ll do In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll provide team support while assisting with office coordination and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): • Managing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for consultants • Supporting with scheduling client and candidate interviews • Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as required • Managing reception, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and ensuring a professional meet and greet experience • Assisting with front of house duties, including preparing meeting rooms and welcoming clients and candidates • Helping to ensure the office runs smoothly, including supplies, meeting rooms, and general coordination • Assisting with team events and internal coordination • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and ad hoc requests • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion Who you are You’ll be a proactive, organised, and personable individual who enjoys supporting a busy team and being involved in the day-to-day running of an office.
