The Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on HR Advisor to support our neighbourhoods and Head Office as we continue to grow.
This is a practical, fast‑paced role where you’ll:
* Support managers with employee relations and people challenges
* Take ownership of ER cases (absence, disciplinaries, performance, grievances)
* Manage recruitment and improve hiring quality
* Help streamline HR and payroll processes
* Build strong relationships across the business
* Be visible on‑site and proactive in spotting issues early
You’ll play a key role in driving consistency, improving processes and supporting a positive, high‑performing culture.
About You
You’ll be someone who:
* Has solid HR Advisor experience with ER knowledge
* Is confident managing cases independently
* Takes a practical, common‑sense approach
* Enjoys building relationships and being visible in the business
* Is proactive, organised and comfortable working at pace
* Wants to improve things, not just maintain them
* CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards (or equivalent experience)
