The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Supervising classes of students aged 11-16 years old during teacher absences
Ensuring learning continues productively
Delivering pre-planned lessons
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Maintaining a focused and effective learning environment

The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with secondary aged students (qualifications not needed!)
Confident and adaptable in a classroom setting
Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students
Genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people
