We're looking for a thoughtful, detail-loving Housekeeping Assistant to join our exceptional team at Connaught Care—a luxury, all-inclusive care home group where beautiful surroundings are more than décor; they're a daily reassurance of dignity, pride, and thoughtful living.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation in residents' rooms and shared areas
* Support daily laundry services, ensuring residents' clothing and linens are handled with care and respect
* Follow all infection control, COSHH, and health & safety policies with diligence
* Work closely with the care and hospitality teams to deliver a seamless, five-star experience
* Build positive relationships with residents, being a friendly and respectful presence in their daily lives
* Take pride in making the home feel beautifully kept, comfortable, and ready for guests at all times
What You'll Bring:
* Previous housekeeping experience (in care, hotels, or hospitality is ideal—but not essential)
* A good eye for detail and a quiet pride in getting the small things right
* An understanding of how a clean, well-kept space contributes to dignity, wellbeing, and emotional comfort
* A respectful, professional, and discreet approach
* A genuine desire to make a difference through the work you do—even if it's behind the scenes
