The Role:
As Area Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships across the East Anglia region. You’ll focus on both new business development and account management for a market-leading range of structural building products.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders’ merchants, housebuilders, contractors, and specifiers
*
Manage a pipeline of opportunities and provide quotes, technical advice, and follow-up support
*
Implement territory development plans and contribute to account growth strategies
*
Promote the full product range as the go-to solution in your area
*
Record activities and opportunities through the company CRM
*
Provide feedback on products and market trends to support continuous improvement
About You:
We’re looking for a sales professional with:

Proven success in construction, building materials, or structural product sales
*
Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach
*
A proactive, solution-focused attitude with excellent organisational skills
*
Confident use of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
*
A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout the region
