Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Qualified Early Years Teacher with a passion for childhood education to join our exceptional, state-of-the-art & purpose-built, flagship Montessori nursery in the heart of Gerrards Cross.
Key Responsibilities of our nursery teacher:
* Plan and implement activities that foster development in line with the Montessori philosophy
* Observe and assess children's development
* Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 6 months - 5 years old
* Communicate with parents and caregivers and collaborate with team members
Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent (preferable)
* Experience in a nursery setting; Montessori experience is a plus
* Strong observational, communication, and organizational skills
Experience: Childcare Practitioner, Preschool Teacher, Nursery Nurse, Daycare Assistant, EY worker etc
