What You Will Do
* Lead operational excellence by implementing SOC 2 compliance and building robust internal systems using tools like Notion and Airtable.
* Drive technical growth by sourcing and recruiting top‑tier research engineers to expand the existing team of five.
* Manage product readiness and GTM strategy, ensuring the platform is battle‑tested for its high‑stakes alpha launch in 3‑4 months.
The ideal candidate
* 5+ years of experience including elite management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain) combined with high‑growth startup execution.
* Exceptional technical literacy and tool mastery, with a proven ability to build operational systems from scratch with zero supervision.
* High‑stakes problem solver with the hustle of a former founder or early Founder’s Associate who thrives in intense, in‑person collaborative environments.
