Key Responsibilities - Qualified Nursery Practitioner
As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Support children's development through engaging, play-based learning activities
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Monitor, observe, and record children's progress and development
* Support children's communication, social, and emotional skills
* Work closely with colleagues and parents to meet each child's individual needs
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding and welfare
* Contribute positively to the nursery team and daily routines
Requirements - What We Are Looking For
Essential Criteria
* Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 or above)
* Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Practitioner, or similar role
* Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
* Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Right to work in the UK
