Are you a confident, adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for a role where every day is different? Teaching Personnel is seeking flexible, committed support staff to work across all primary year groups, providing classroom support, SEN assistance, and 1:1 pupil support in a range of welcoming schools.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, loves supporting children’s learning, and is happy to jump into new challenges with a positive attitude.

Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting whole-class learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Providing targeted 1:1 assistance for pupils with SEND
* Helping children with their academic progress, social skills and confidence
* Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs
* Adapting to different school environments and pupil needs
* Promoting a positive, inclusive atmosphere in every classroom

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience working with primary-aged children (school or placement)
* Is confident supporting a range of abilities, including SEN
* Can build positive relationships and communicate effectively
* Is flexible, reliable and willing to move between year groups
* Brings patience, empathy and enthusiasm to every role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
