Several Darwen schools are looking for Behaviour Support Assistants who can help pupils regulate, stay engaged and feel safe in school. ⭐ What we need: Someone who is calm under pressure Strong communication with teaching staff Confidence with de‑escalation strategies Experience with SEMH preferred (youth work, mentoring, sports coaching all count) ⭐ You must be: Responsive (quick communication is essential) Consistent (children rely on you daily) Available at least 3 days per week ⭐ Quick screening questions: Have you supported behaviour or SEMH before?
